African Conservation Experience arrange for enthusiastic people to carry out conservation work on Game and Nature Reserves in Southern Africa. Their volunteers work in close association with Biologists, Conservationists, Wildlife Vets and Reserve Managers on a variety of projects including; Game Capture for tagging and relocation, Behavioural studies on Lions and Hyenas, Game Counts and Monitoring, Veterinary work, Rehabilitation and Whale and Dolphin Research. You will also have the opportunity to experience the thrill of Sleep-Outs in the African bush, to learn a wealth of information about African ecology and to gain first hand knowledge of how Game and Nature Reserves are run and maintained.
