Gap Year Diver (GYD) incorporates professional scuba diving courses and additional activities for people taking time out. Although the core product is diver tuition, GYD also tries to bring you a range of activities and trips which make your gap year experience more exciting.

What can you do?
Diver training – everything from beginner right up to Instructor level
Marine Conservation – learn how to survey and record marine species and reefs
Adventure – a chance to explore each destination through a range of activities
Languages – Spanish lessons with scuba diving in South America
Volunteer work – teach and support a local community with diving in Africa
