Paid & Voluntary Work Placements Worldwide

28th of May 2009

Changing Worlds have been operating interesting, challenging gap year placements since 1999

Established since 1999 Changing Worlds is a small, friendly organisation with charitable aims - they get to know everyone on first name terms and hand pick applicants before going overseas. Their ethos has successfully sent well over 1200 people on 'once in a life time' gap years and trips. So if you like the idea of travel, meeting people and don't mind working hard then a gap year placement with Changing Worlds could be for you!

Changing worlds are very proud that one in five of their applicants come from recommendations made by past volunteers, family or friends. They will be delighted to put you in touch with people who have been on one of their placements.

Changing Worlds has paid work placements in Australia and New Zealand, and voluntary placements in Argentina, China, Dubai, Ghana, Honduras, India, Kenya, Latvia, Romania, Serbia and Thailand.
The paid placements range from hospitality, airport work, outdoor education to work on a stud farm.  The voluntary placements range from teaching, journalism, law, medical, orphanage work, farming, airport, to a variety of other work.

If you want to see just what a work or voluntary placement with Changing Worlds involves, head on over to their website, check out their blog or find them on Twitter and Facebook.
