Immerse yourself in a new culture, Live, Work and enjoy yourself as part of the local community.  Whether you want to volunteer, travel or gain essential hand on experience in your area of specialisation, GapGuru will create the ideal gap experience for you.

You can choose from any of the following categories of projects:

• Teaching - You could be teaching English, arts, crafts, music, dance, drama, pottery, clay modelling or a variety of other things
• Community Development - Volunteer with local communities to help in health care, involve yourself in an orphanage, spend time with differently abled people, kick a football  - there is a range of projects you could choose from
• Medical and Physiotherapy internships (for pre med students or those interested in pursuing medicine as a career)
• Conservation
• Journalism
• Hotel Management
• Communication and Culture Coach

The project duration can be anywhere from 2 weeks - 1 year. Currently offering fascinating projects in India, Nepal and Romania, GapGuru will be offering programmes in Africa and South America by April 09.
